Il corso permette ai partecipanti di acquisire conoscenze tecniche sull’applicazione della Manipolazione Fasciale® sui pazienti. Il metodo si basa sull’importanza della fascia nel trattamento delle affezioni muscolo-scheletriche. La novità del metodo sta nel concentrare l’attenzione non sull’articolazione, ma sui motori che ne gestiscono il funzionamento. Tra questi la fascia riveste un ruolo fondamentale.
Il trattamento si imposta attraverso diverse fasi che verranno accuratamente analizzate durante il corso, ovvero:
– Raccolta dati (storia clinica del paziente che guida il ragionamento clinico e l’approccio manipolativo)– Valutazione motoria e palpatoria (per testare la presenza di limitazioni nell’escursione articolare e insorgenza dei sintomi durante il movimento dei distretti esaminati)– Trattamento vero e proprio (ripristino del fisiologico equilibrio tensionale proprio del sistema fasciale).⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ DOCENTI ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀DR.
